Edendale Farm, Eltham - Get it ON!!
Family friendly, culturally diverse & socially aware bringing the wider community together to celebrate life.
Getting out in the world and connecting with your fellow suburbanites is a great way to avoid slipping into the doldrums - but it doesn’t always work for everybody.
Each day, someone slips through the cracks. Usually silently and without warning. It’s crap, but it happens. People lose family members and friends, and it hurts everyone.
At Come Together, we want to be part of the solution. We want to help do something.
If you’re able, if you can; please make the effort to donate to one of these fine groups, who through their amazing efforts, can actually make a difference.
